Green Door Home Inspections are an independent, licenced, home inspecting practice based in Flintshire, North Wales. We are a qualified, insured and regulated professional company committed to providing a high level of service to our clients.

We commend ourselves in leading a highly professional business covering the North Wales and Cheshire areas, aiming to provide our clients with full home condition reports and energy performance certificates.

From December 2007 , it will be a legal requirement for anyone marketing a residential property for sale in England and Wales to include a Home Information Pack (HIP). Contained within the HIP is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) together with local searches and land registry information. A Home Condition Report (HCR) and other authorised documentation can also be added to the HIP if required.
