Green Door Home Inspections have been providing Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates for property marketing since Hips were introduced in August 2007. We are a qualified, insured and regulated professional company committed to providing a high level of service to our clients.

From December 2007 it has been a legal requirement for anyone marketing a residential property for sale in England and Wales to include a Home Information Pack (HIP). Contained within the HIP is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) together with local searches, land registry Title documentation and a Property Information Questionnaire. Other authorised documentation can also be included in to the HIP if required.

Whether you are a large estate agent, a solicitor or a home owner wishing to obtain the documents required to legally market your property we can help. Our up to date, fully managed Hip platform enables you to securely view/download your legally required documents up until your property has sold. Our Hips are fully compliant with the Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB) Hip and Search Codes and our accredited energy assessors are fully trained with up to date CRB checks.
