No Sale No Fee Hips

Green Door Home Inspections Ltd now has the facility to offer No Sale No Fee Home Information Packs.

Our sister company “Pali” have teamed up with Close Payment Services & Conveyancing Liability Solutions Ltd to offer a new product. You can now add an insurance policy to the standard Deferred Payment Option which means if the property does not sell within 9 months then you can claim the full price of the HIP back meaning it won’t cost you a penny!

The charges for deferring the cost of the HIP remain the same i.e. 12% on top of the gross price of the HIP plus an up front payment of £30 which will be refunded should the property not sell within 9 months.The additional cost of the insurance is £50 which will be added to the deferred cost and as such subject to the 12% fee.

Example costing:

• £225.00 - Gross price of HIP
• £ 50.00 – No Sale No Fee Insurance
• £275.00 – Sub Total

• £ 33.00 – 12% Close Payment Services Fee
• £308.00 – Fee payable if the property sells within 9 months
• £30.00 payment taken upfront from vendors debit/credit card which would also be refunded in the event of no sale.

The No Sale No Fee product is simple to order and works in the same way as our buy now pay in 9 months option which is subject to terms and conditions.
